November Update (1909) compatibility?
I know it's not officially released yet but the final release version is already out there, on official channels too (MSDN etc.)
Perhaps it's an issue with my installation, but SUMo on 1909 only recognises a fraction of my usual installed programs. Let's say 2 out of 10 - the program list is extremely small. I tried re-scanning but only an In-depth scan seems to yield results.

Forgot to mention this is a clean 1909 install, not an upgrade from a previous W10 version.

Too many to list. AnyDVD for example (dragging the .exe in SUMo works - also for a few others I tested). A normal scan will only discover about 10 programs, while in previous W10 version it discovered everything (let's say about 60). I don't think it's a problem with specific programs.
Perhaps some sort of permissions/security problem that blocks SUMo from accessing its usual scan folders? Something else that changed with 1909, like folders/shortcut structure? I don't know.
I noticed that most of the detected programs, are the ones the have their shortcut in this location: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu
However, the great majority programs -and these are mostly the ones that SUMo does not detect- are in: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu

Would you please send me back your log file again ? i've not checked if C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu was proposed as a scanned "Start Menu" entry

Forwarded the same log. I've tried to manually add that folder to "Additional Folders" but nothing changed.

I've a similar observation, less drastic, on different context with Windows 10 updated. I've not done a clean re-install, just the usual updates. 1909 hasn't been offered on my laptop so still being with 1903. The cumulative updates are all installed for W10 1903, including those for October and November 2019.
After I initiated a scan action, I get more than 25000 tools reported detected (temporarily). Before finishing, SUMo does some consolidation, resulting in about 8500 tools reported as consolidated. When I do consecutive loads of SUMo, that consolidated count descreases. This decreases might be in the order of about 50 without a new scan action.
