Please contact our tech support (support @ kcsoftwares.com) and share Audiograil log (after enabling "debug mode" in settings and restarting AudioGrail)

Just go to the ?>About menu and enter activation name+code again (as received by email after purchase)

For information, shortcut keys for exports are now implemented in upcoming v5.13.2 (CTRL+T and CTRL+X)

This is usually a bowser cache issue.
Restart both Browser and SUMo and it should work fine again.

If problem persists, please :
- Set SUMo in debug mode (in settings) then restart SUMo
- Export logs (?>Open logs) and send them to our tech support for deeper investigations.
