Dragging shortcuts into SUMo?

Hello - I know that .exe files can be dragged into SUMo to instantly add them to the list.

My question is about dragging shortcuts. Are they supported? I ask because when I try it, it seems to work for some, but it doesn't for others (approximately 60% are added, 40% are not). They are regular shortcuts of .exe program files.

Hello,

Yes it's supposed to work. If it does not, please contact me and i'll investigate.
Please have a look at SUMo logs (in debug mode) for details, when rejected.

My percentages (60-40) were exaggerated, most work fine. One example is the Winaero Tweaker 0.14 shortcut. I see nothing strange in the log:

Code: Select all

Info	[19-03-22 18:29:43]	Loading...
Verbose	[19-03-22 18:29:43]	Drag'n'Drop : C:\Users\user\Desktop\WinaeroTweaker.exe - Shortcut.lnk
Info	[19-03-22 18:29:43]	Drag'n'Drop : 1 items
Info	[19-03-22 18:29:43]	Drag'n'Drop detected
Here's the strange thing: the shortcut itself is fine and works normally (target: "C:\Program Files\Winaero Tweaker\WinaeroTweaker.exe"). However, if I go to SUMo/File/Add... and browse to the very same shortcut's location, it is displayed as invalid with a generic icon. Its properties reveal that the target has changed to: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Winaero Tweaker\WinaeroTweaker.exe" and of course the program is not there. The very same shortcut is fine outside of SUMo (no x86 location).
