Sumo 5.9.0.418 update fails

I have tried both the automatic and manual update to version 5.9.0.418 and they both fail. The program insists there is a new version available, but I can't get it to install. No error message.

And if you go to the download page, the only one available is 5.8.12.415

And now, when I run sumo, my installed 5.8.12.415 shows as "up-to-date".

My 5.8.12.415 also now shows up as up-to-date. Very strange.

Sorry, my mistake.
5.9 is currently a "beta" version, with a "great new feature" for user having SUMo on multiple machines (network, family)
