How serious is this, and is there a "fix"?

There is no "fix" since this looks more like "physical" ageing of the drive unit.
Your drive seems pretty old (hours / cycle).

I'd recommend to backup and monitor these indicator for change (if sharply increase : it's time for a change, if stable then it's no hurry)

Couldn't read any feed back over time to the initial situation reported. Nor any context information. I.e. I'm wondering about the unbelievable low head flying hours or is it a SDD device without any heads?

How much free space is left on your disk?

If it's a traditional hard disk, what level of fragmentation does Windows report?

And I'm not sure what falls into the meaning of G-Sense Error Rate. Is this disk used in harsh conditions like moving or vibrating situations?

Regarding "Heads flying hours" it's likely a counter not used by this manufacturer.
